Giving clients a voice in shaping CareChoice
At CareChoice, we believe that our clients should be at the centre of decision-making. Our Customer Reference Group provides a forum for clients and their support networks to share feedback and advice directly with our Board and Executive Management.
The Customer Reference Group ensures that client perspectives influence how we design, deliver and improve our services – now and into the future.
Your ideas help shape how we support our community.
What Is the Customer Reference Group?
Our Reference Group brings together a small, friendly group of CareChoice clients and support network members. Together, we:
- Discuss ideas and share feedback on what’s working well – and what could be even better
- Help shape how we design and deliver services across our organisation
- Provide valuable insight into how we support people’s changing needs
- Work closely with our Board and Executive Team so our client’s voice is heard in decision-making
This group is all about listening, learning and growing – together.
What Happens in the Customer Reference Group?
We meet four times a year in a relaxed and supportive environment — either in person or online — so everyone can join in.
Meeting papers are shared in advance, and we’re always happy to help with whatever you need to take part fully.
Recent discussion topics include:
- How CareChoice plans for support when needs change
- New ways to improve service delivery
- Quality and safeguarding initiatives
- Strategic Plans
- Website changes and user experience feedback
Who Can Join?
We love to hear from you if you’re interested in joining and you’re:
- a current CareChoice client, or
- someone who supports a CareChoice client (like a family member, carer or guardian)
Members are appointed for up to two years, provided they (or the person they support) remain a CareChoice client.
We are committed to reflecting the diversity of our client community.
